Modern Chinese cuisine falls under eight key classifications, with each style belonging to a major Chinese province. Styles include Shandong, Sichuan, Hunan, Cantonese, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui and Fujian cuisines.
East Imperial is graced with a few talented chefs that can create authentic dishes from many of the classical styles and regions.

We are a family run restaurant like many other small businesses in Victoria. Food runs in our blood and we have been in the hospitality business for more than 20 years.
